Shine India releases the magazine every month for the
candidates who are preparing for bank examinations. One of the articles which
are published in Shine India magazines is here which says new motor
vehicles act in page number 19 of October.
The
amended provisions of the motor vehicles act, which hike the penalty for
traffic rules violations, have come into force. As many as 63 clauses of the
act, which corresponded to an increase in the fine for traffic rule violation.
Came into force midnight on 1 sep. the fine for jumping signal red light has
revised from rupees 1,000 to rupees 5,000 now. Driving without wearing seat
belt, which earlier invited a fine of rupees 100, will now attract a fine of
rupees 1,000.
